In all we had a good experience but Keepers were unaware of our booking through open table booked 90 minutes before. They said it would not have had time to be processed so slightly awkward..... It was full but we got to sit down within 45 mins so worked out ok. Not a huge menu but fine for an informal meal and good ambience

Was a little hesitant to try keepers based on some reviews, but our family really enjoyed this restaurant. We are from the US with a very picky 9 year old, and it's been difficult to find food she'll eat at reasonable prices. It was nice to have a kids meal that didn't cost an arm and a leg ($5) .--i also enjoyed the nice cocktail selection, and the fish & chips really hit the spot. We all liked the food. All in all, a good choice for families that doesn't break the bank.

Comfy seating, service is a little slow but staff friendly enough, food is well presented and tasty, Friday night had entertainment but not to busy in bar area. Enjoyable food and atmosphere

The restaurant had no idea we were arriving after booking using open table. Then we were told we should have used their website only. The gentleman on the door was very abrupt and unwelcoming. Very poor service thought out. Wouldn't visit again.

The meal was excellent as well the service. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I really loved the decor and the ambiance with lots of candles. Definitely we will be back!

The food was good but the restaurant was empty. It's part of a hotel so I guess most people only go there if they are staying in the hotel. Close to the tower of London.
