A landmark experience. A dining and drinking destination. A historic tradition. Since its inception, the Kaufman House has been a gathering place for travelers, neighbors and friends. Today, Kaufman Tavern continues and updates the tradition, providing a warm welcome, restorative libations and a fun, comfortable, exquisite dining experience. The food is the real star here: a top-notch, scratch-made, local, eco-friendly and--most importantly--delicious dining experience. Our menu reflects the best of the US and the bounty of our region.     The food and service were outstanding. Delicious options for our vegetarian friend. The setting is lovely and there is off-street parking.

    Seasonal cocktail menu was fantastic as always. Happy hour appetizers were great and low priced. Small crowd on a Tuesday so the bar area was quiet enough but still fun. Bar tender was also the server and very aware of the table’s needs.

    This was our first time at Kaufman Tavern, and it was great! The place itself is very unique and interesting. The service was great, and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend!

    We love having dinner at the Kaufman Tavern! The food is awesome, atmosphere great and service wonderful! We highly recommend Kaufman Tavern!!!

    Had a surprisedly very bad experience. Waited a full hour and a half to receive our meals. Seated at 6:00, received our meals at 7:30. Complained to the waitress about how 3 tables around us were seating after us, they all received their meals before us, ate, and then all left prior to us receiving our meals. After we settled our bill, we witnessed a table of 4 get up and leave the restaurant as soon as their meals were being served, guessing it was due to the time frame.
