The Ambiance was great! Our table was not the best spot for we had a special 60th birthday party for our school principal (None-Armenian, married to an Armenian). Our waiter was a little awkward and late/slow with orders and service. Would have been better if the customers had space to dance in between the entertainment. The dancers were GREAT and the MUSIC choices. Why did people leave around 11:00 pm? Some places, that's when the fun gets BETTER and people order more drinks and food. Overall, we had fun, thank U!

I would say the establishment is pretty good but has very uneven results. Some of the food was really good and some not so good. They seem kind of like they are aspiring to be a fine dining restaurant but it feels more like a family restaurant. Maybe my experience was colored by my expectations for fine dining and we did not exactly receive a fine dining experience. If I had expected a good family dining experience then I would have rated higher. Eggplant Caviar not good and name of dish is not helpful. I would call it Eggplant Hummus and it did not have a lot of flavor and texture is off. Sea Bass dish was very good. Lamb dish was good but maybe a bit overcooked. The lamb comes with a potato mousse that has a strange texture and is not tasty. Just some well made mashed potatoes would be better then you could also put some of the extra sauce from the lamb with the mashed potatoes for enhanced enjoyment. Service at our table was very good.

The warm welcome from the friendly host sets the tone for an unforgettable experience. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between classic elegance and modern chic, creating a setting that feels both timeless and trendy. The food is nothing short of exquisite, with each dish bursting with flavor. Adding to the atmosphere, live singing elevates the entire dining experience, filling the space with vibrant energy. The highlight, however, is the spectacular show that follows, turning an already fantastic evening into something truly extraordinary. The only minor hiccup was that the food arrived a bit cold, but that’s an easy fix and doesn’t detract from the overall excellence of the experience. Katsin is a place that truly delivers on every level, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable night out.

The meal started out bizarre- we asked for tap water and Maurice, the waiter, acted pretentious and said they didn't serve tap water. I am guessing he thought we were cheap and really stuck his nose up at us. Had it been just my wife and I we would have walked out, but it was my son's 30th birthday so we stuck it out. He said he'd get us some of the 'employees' water' like he was doing us a big favor and came back with glasses half full (and never refilled them). The food and drinks were good and some of it was unique and good. The Heirloom Tomato Salad was a standout, and my sons really enjoyed the Lamb Neck. With drinks it ran about $125 per person plus tip. Because of the 'water' situation, we do not plan on going back. It is too bad; the food was good, and Maurice did a good job after the super awkward first 15 minutes there.
