To celebrate our first Mid-Autumn Festival dinner, we have invited Chef Chris Kajioka from Hawaii for a two night collaborative menu with our team here at KATO. Chef Chris, who trained under Chef Thomas Keller in New York at Per Se, has numerous accolades and nominations from the Michelin Guide and the James Beard Foundation. Over the past few years, he has opened Miro Kaimuki in Honolulu and Kaji Kyoto in Japan. The menu will be roughly 7 courses and includes the choice between a wine or alcohol-free pairing.

This reservation is for snacks and drinks at the bar. The duration of this experience is one hour.

This reservation is for our Classics Tasting Menu at our full service bar (this is not a chef's counter). The duration of this experience is 2 hours. Please be aware, if guests arrive after our 15 minute grace period, we may not be able to honor your reservation. An 18% fair wage and operational fee has been added to your bill. It goes to provide elevated, comprehensive benefits, as well as consistent, livable wages for all staff. Though many of our guests choose to leave gratuity for exemplary service, it is neither necessary nor expected, though it is greatly appreciated. This gratuity will be shared by all hourly staff.
