When I got there for my reservation I had to wait 30 min to be seated and I don’t know what kind of reservation is this. My friend and I went to restroom while we still had food and drink left on the table. When we went back, Everything was taken including my brand new jacket. Nobody even care to go back and look for the person who clean the table and all they care to give me the bill. Imagine, paying almost $450 and thats what you get at the end of the night .

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. A definite Hollywood staple that’s been around for many years and blows me away every time we visit. Wonderful music, great views, fantastic food, and wonderful service.

We were in LA for our son's wedding. Closed out the weekend with dinner @ Katana with old friends.it was spectacular on all counts. Our waiter Konrad went above and beyond to keep the magic going

Love love love Katana! I’ve been on my birthday for the last few years and I feel special every single time. From the hostess to the server and even the bartender was amazing. And the food is always on point. Katana is always a vibe. I’ll be back soon, it’s my favorite restaurant!

Sat outside on a nice night with a view of the moon. All the sushi and rolls we ordered tasted great. The drinks were good too. I would definitely go back again. Great service too!

Got there, was seated immediately. We requested a table change. It was around 5:30 so wind was picking up, we sat outside and the heaters were turned on for us. We got a veggie roll, lots of grilled veggie options, yellowtail, shrimp fried rice and a crab legs. Everything was great and brought in a timely manner.

Dined here for my birthday dinner with my girlfriends! The food was delicious as always. We ordered the marinated short ribs, filet mignon, jidori chicken, hammer and crunchy sushi rolls, wagyu gyoza, cucumber salad and spicy edamame. The highlights were the spicy cucumber (they slice it thinly and each piece gets all the flavor, so delicious), marinated short ribs (the sauce on this issssss wildddd) and wagyu gyoza (the most stuffed gyoza I’ve ever hadddd). Our server was nice and attentive the first half of our dinner. A different runner we hadn’t seen all night ran out the birthday dessert my friends had ordered for me, and left it on the table without a candle or sparkle stick that we seen were given to three other tables around us, so my friend went to go find someone to bring it over. This wouldn’t have bothered me much, but the other tables around us certainly had a better birthday experience. After dessert we probably waited another 30min to see our server and ask for the check. This night was extremely hot in LA weather and we had a show to go to, so this sort of was a let down, but the dinner was a strong start and ended ok… regardless the food was delicious and hopefully our experience next time is better.
