Kasahara in Tokyo serves its food on iron plates in a stylish and relaxed setting that includes beds, sofas and a bathtub as part of the d_cor. The establishment features an intimate 28-seat setting. The menu at Kasahara changes regularly and is a blend of French and traditional Kappo cuisine. Diners can enjoy beautifully presented food with an all-you-can-drink menu, fresh sashimi, a seafood cocktail, soups, salads and vegetarian options using the freshest ingredients. Kasahara offers cooking classes and is available for parties. You can also get Japanese sake, spirits like shochu and a variety of wines and cocktails.

This is a unique space, where you truly feel at home. The owner/chef makes wonderful dishes based on your choices of his fresh ingredients. Great experience!

食材、調理は満足ですが、料理の提供ペースがいただけない。最初の1時間で前菜だけは流石にあり得ない。大事な方を連れて行くことは2度とないです。

Very unique setting, service was very good and the best part is the chef asking you what you want to eat from a tray of fresh food he has available.

This did not work for us. The overall ambience was a mismatch for our expectations of a fine restaurant. The huge couches and low tables more suited to a bar. The idea of the dinner curated by the chef is a good one, and the food choices were comprehensive and varied. However the execution of parts of the dinner was poor; the fish overdone and some of the vegetables overcooked and cold ( the beef was done perfectly). The service was offhand and felt unfocused. Overall, not worthy of the rating we saw in the reviews.

The best dining experience I had in Tokyo. He brings out a selection of seafood and meat and asks what you want to eat. Vegetarian friendly too. Phenomenal

とても良かったです！料理も雰囲気も、最高でした！家にいる感覚でリラックスしたところに、本格的なお料理と、美味しいお酒がいただけ良かったです。また、行きたいです♪

予約の際もたくさんワガママを言わせてもらったのにも関わらず快く受けていただきました！入り口からもう感動だしお店の雰囲気も過去一番良くて最高でした。雰囲気だけ良いお店はたくさんありますが、マスターの雰囲気も最高でとても暖かい気持ちになりました！そして料理もこの金額でこんなに良いの？ってほど質のいい食材に種類を使って好みの調理法でしかも見た目も可愛く綺麗で言うことなしでした！笑そのタイミングによって仕入れが違い、食べ方も変えてくれるそうなので飽きも来ないし何より美味しすぎてコスパ良くて最高すぎるので毎回ココにしようって友達と話していました。笑ステキな一生のお店に出会えて最高です！初めてインスタに場所を載せたくないと思う程のお店に出会いました！笑

初めてでも丁寧に対応していたただきました。色んな料理を食べてみたいと思いました。ソファーは腰が辛いので次回はテーブルを希望しようかと思いました。
