Everything was excellent. Food was great and cooked well, sides were lovely. I will be recommending to my friends. Staff were fantastic, always smiling and happy to help. Will definitely be going again

As they were late to give a table although we booked online, the starters were on the house which was really nice of them. Food was great, only downfall the chicken was really hard. We ordered all the starters. And 1 family platter for 6 people.

I booked a table specifically asking for a "nice table". We were put right near the door on the corner where most traffic happens, so every single time someone walked passed, and a lot of people walked passed, I was in fear they'd knock over our drinks or their clothes would go in our food or they'd nudge us. When we asked to be seated somewhere else, they said those tables were reserved. No body was seated there the whole time we were there. Other people who came the same time we did were seated next to us, then moved to a better table. That was disappointing. The floor was extremely slippery to the point we had to put tissues under our shoes so we don't slip, and that too we had to ask for tissues several times as there were none on the table (which was wet!) and when they did give us tissues, they literally gave us 2! Back to the floor being super slippery, and considering the restaurant is extremely crammed, I could only just about take my coat off, trying not to hit the person on the next table and also fighting to keep my balance. The food was below the standard for Karv. The wings were extremely salty and so were the side fries. The half chicken was burnt black to a crisp and very, very dry! It was the only thing on a giant plate!! The sirloin steak was overcooked and dry. The only good things were the chicken tacos, dynamite prawns, the red cabbage slaw, the blueberry and passionfruit mojitos. Compared to the first time I ate at Karv a few months back (where the food was superb!), this dinner was very below standard and extremely disappointing.

The food was absolutely delicious, flavourful , large portions and great value for money. The restaurant isn’t very spacious or intimate in terms of ambiance, however the meal made up for it. We will definitely visit again.

After a couple of positive visits this visit went horrible wrong. I have previously given them a positive review on Google. We ordered the player for 4. The wings had been reheated. The rice was over cooked and the steak was rare more than medium as we ordered. The only thing good on the platter was the smash burgers. It sad because I took a few mates to experience what I had experienced before but we were hugely let down!

Hi Nabeel, We are very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience this time round. We would have not had any issue if you had returned your steak to be either cooked a little bit more or to be replaced completely. As a regular we are dissapointed you had this exxperience and we can only apologise. However as standard policy at Karv we always replace items that customers are not happy with. Its unfortunate you decided not to and thats probabbly because you didint want to make too much of a fuss i am assuming. We hope you decide to come again and please mention this experience to the Manager on the day so we can make it up to you.

We’ve been looking forward to trying 6 x platter at KARV for a while now, and was so glad that we did! The food was so delicious and the service was ok, too!” 2. “The ribeye and sirloin in particular was so yummy and we ate the whole thing, however the mash and spicy rice could do with seasoning. All the meats were cooked good and we enjoyed it!
