Karma is located at Km 7.5 at the Kanan Hotel, indoor and outdoor service, rooftop is private and romantic, we have a variety of distillates of the best quality. In response to the global health situation, we have implemented food safety protocols suggested and approved by the competent authorities, so the service environment is safe and innocuous.

Have to pay in advance, with taxes and gratuity are extra and not part of the fee. There are several rooftop nest like restaurants or other bars nearby all competing with their base heavy music. If you are expecting a quiet nest experience, you will be disappointed. The food was excellent and service /presentation very good. The other unsavoury thing is that they demanded a review at the table before we left. This was so tacky and rude. We paid a lot of money to eat there. We should not be forced to do reviews at the table.

La comida excelente, el servicio de Luciano es maravilloso, es cordial, atiende de una manera muy respetuosa, es agradable, y hace que pases una mejor noche gracias a la atención brindada, excelente lugar para ir con familia, amigos, pareja.

The location is amazing but be careful, ok I was alone, but they put me in a dark table with no one also if I reserved. I waited a lot for do my order and at the end, when I payed, I received a broken banknote (I discovered that after and no one accept that now). The food is good btw.

Karma Tulum is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that perfectly captures the essence of Tulum. The ambiance is magical—soft lighting, rustic decor, and a lush tropical setting create an intimate and relaxed vibe. The menu is great, offering a creative blend of flavors that highlight fresh, local ingredients. We started with the ceviche, which was one of the best we’ve ever had, salads and fish was delicious as well. The cocktails were equally impressive, each one crafted with care and bursting with unique flavors. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a memorable experience.

It was my birthday celebration dinner. I had high hopes and was let down. I have ate at many steakhouses and never had my steak come out warm. I asked them to remake it and they came back with the same steak, if not even colder than the first time. They stated they could not give us a new steak. It took a lot of arguing just to get the steak taking off our bill. Very disappointed in this establishment, never again, nor recommend coming to this restaurant!

The food was absolutely amazing!! The staff treated my family and I like celebrities and the music was good. The only downside is we opted for seating in the nest initially, but there was a lot of mosquitoes and it was extremely hot. But we were able to move our table to a lower level and the aesthetics were just as nice. Highly recommended

A las carnes les faltaba sal. El postre de churros es una broma, no lo pediría de nuevo. La música está demasiado fuerte. Es demasiado obscuro y hay muchos escalones, es fácil tropezarse. La atención es excelente.
