We went for my mother in laws 80th birthday had a lovely time and she loved it we had a great evening and great food and the service was excellent. Thankyou

The service was great and the food was amazing! They also had a singer with a lovely voice who sang some ballads.

This is our 3rd visit and our 3rd fantastic meal. We went on a weeknight this time and the atmosphere was good with many groups of people dining and enjoying the great food at the Kara. We sat near the kitchen this time and could see the chefs cooking away on some seriously hot and smoking coals! You can taste the smokey deliciousness in the meat - amazing. The live music nights are also quality, not only are you getting exceptional food and drinks but some quality music bringing a real buzzy atmosphere. We’re lucky enough to have this place on our doorstep but I’d say it’s easily one of the best places to go in Essex.

This is the second time I have been here. The food is absolutely delicious especially the mixed grills and the portions are large so you will always be going away stuffed. There are plenty of options for all tastes and for children. It is a beautiful restaurant and has a lovely ambience to it, perfect for special occasions and the service was fast and friendly. If you are looking for somewhere new to try in the area and have never been, this is a must!

The food was delicious, service was timely and ambience is spot on inside. Located in a residential area with parking for a decent number of cars. Will definitely go back and try other food items on the menu.
