Definitely no complaints about the food or the service, based on the fact it was a Saturday night and clearly the staff were over-run, so fair play to the staff who were working, they did an amazing job. However, if you want a average restaurant atmosphere where you can talk to friends/family at the table without having to raise your voice, forget it. To be honest, couldn't see the point of the guy who was singing in the mic around the corner, as you couldn't really hear him anyway and only added to the level of the noise, the tables were probably a bit too close together, but I can see why, due the high demand for seating, so overall, was an ok night, but would I go back again, maybe during the week when it is less busy, but on the weekend, definitely not. So overall, food and service was excellent, perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but no real complaints. Oh and don't be too embarrassed to ask for a doggy bag, there is far too much food, so good for lunch/dinner the following day :-)

Food was great, good value for money. Very disappointed with service. Had to wait 15minutes to get menu, water glasses was dirty, had to ask to change them; one of the waiteresses was way to busy to take the order as she had to clean other tables and one blonde hair was very unhappy, not polite and always was making faces on customers. That was not very pleasant to see, even though I understand the preassure they have. Must to notice one young guy who was ckeaning the tables was very smily and polite. Over all food wise it was great, just customer service needs improvement. This is not my first time I have been in this restaurant, always same issues with the staff.

We've been here a couple of times before, but this was the first time we were in the main part of the restaurant. We've sat in the front section on previous occasions. We found it to be a lot noisier here and it was difficult to have a conversation with anyone but the person next to you. Not a very enjoyable experience.

The lunch time menu is excellent value for money. Food was great although my wings were more skin and sauce than meat. The thing that bothered me the most was how cold it was in the restaurant. Apart from that it was really nice.
