Kapadokya named for the Central Anatolia area in Turkey, has been open since 2013 and been serving the South Brunswick area for more than 10 years. Kapadokya has a dining room that can comfortably seat 130 guest's, giving customers a chance to enjoy your meal while taking in the theater of the open kitchen. Our menu offers Unique Mediterranean dishes from hummus to more popular dishes such as gyros, which all are made in house for that top quality taste.     We’ve been here a few times. Each time we go, we try something new, and love the new thing we’ve tried. The cold appetizers, and the perfectly warmed, crisped pitas are amazing. Staff is great, place has a sparse look, which allows it to show off how spotless and clean everything is. Take home some of their Turkish EVOO, which is amazing as well. Outstanding place.

    Ben here a few times Always delicious. Service is great, never feel rushed. The inside of the restaurant is super nice and you’d never know you were on route 1

    Arriving at 10:29pm - this was the only open restaurant and it was wonderful. Although late - we were welcomed with a smile and amazing Turkish food - falafel, hummus, white bean salad, and gyros. The decor is beautiful and super clean.

    The owner Mr. Akın was very welcoming and attentive to our suggestions. Our server Tufan , as usual, was excellent. I would suggest everyone to experience his hosting skills. Food is always great. One of the best Turkish restaurants in NJ.

    The food is little on the expensive side but the interior is beautiful. The service was good, too.

    Service was a little slow. He was taking care of too many tables and at times we felt neglected Food was delicious!
