   Took two young children there for lunch and a “show”. Our chef did nothing!l but, cook the food like he was in the back of the house with nobody watching. Very unimpressed with the ambience and the “fun” aspect of it. The lunch was subpar. Could have purchased from any basic hibachi restaurant.

   The food was great but the service was awful. The server had to be tracked down each time drink refills were needed. We were there for a birthday for a child and one woman finally came out to sing, alone. It feels like you are being pushed through a factory and not a nice dining experience.

   Although we had a reservation, we were still sat 20 minutes late. The portion sizes and amount of food you get are smaller than kabuki in Cary and the prices are the same. Our chef didn’t do much of a show compared to other tables, which is the primary point of the experience.

   Server was great but show was just ok. Rice was also a little hard. Wait time was also a little slow.

   This was our son's first experience with hibachi and he loved it! Our chef was engaging and fun and he worked fast and efficiently. The food was delicious and overall we enjoyed ourselves. The only negative was the relative slowness of our server, especially in contrast to our chef. And it just got slower and slower as the meal progressed. We had to wait a good 10 minutes for our check after our plates were cleared and 5 minutes more for it to come back so we could finally leave. Not the highest note to end on but prior than that a great experience.

   We were here celebrating my birthday, they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and I told them my birthday but then didnt sing or bring me ice cream. The order was incorrect, and then they didnt eve celebrate by birthday. I didn't get my order corrected and then didnt sing or celebrate my birthday....I was very disappointed, enen my kids didnt understand why they didnt sing. I was. charged for the mistake and my shrimp allergy was not reported,.they put it on my plate anyway. I felt rushed at rhe end of the dinner and was consufed as to why I didn't get rexofnized for my birthday. Our drinks were never refilled and sauces were never refilled as well. the cooking show was disappointing and didnt even even have fire, which my kiddos always enjoyed. I was very fisappointed overall and although this is our go to place for birthdays, I don't know if we will be coming back for celebrations from now on. Why would you ask if we were celebrating a specia occation and then not follow through? One disappointed mom, Amy
