Through an exclusive arrangement with the nation’s premier meat supplier, we offer corn-fed, dry-aged, center-cut beef, inspected and selected by master butchers. When the beef arrives, we refrigerate it in a perfectly calibrated environment until the moment it enters our custom-designed broilers – each capable of reaching up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. Over the top? Not if you want the kind of char that steak lovers dream about. Not if you want to serve a steak that has no equal. Welcome to the great steak of Wisconsin.

The same dedication to quality explains why we deal with only the best seafood suppliers, why we procure locally sourced meats and produce whenever possible, and why we have created one of Wisconsin’s truly great wine lists. It also explains our insistence on providing the Dells’ most accomplished level of service in a truly comfortable environment overlooking the Wisconsin River.

Went to Kaminski’s for a special anniversary dinner, table of 5. Reservation for 6 PM and were seated precisely on time. Our server was phenomenal, very knowledgeable of the menu. He was very engaging with the table in a very sincere way. Our appetizers, salad and main course were all served in perfect timing, never felt rushed or hurried but didn’t have to wait either. The beef carpaccio was excellent as was the garbage salad. We all had different cuts and sizes of steaks and all cooked to perfection. The sides are HUGE and tasty and served the 5 of us with a lot left over. We were stuffed, but in a good way. A big thank you to the staff for the brownie dessert on the house for our anniversary. We had a wonderful meal! Was definitely worth the drive from Milwaukee.

Very disappointed with our evening. We made a reservation for Tuesday, 9/17/24 with the intention of trying the "Dinner For Two" special as advertised on the Kaminski Chop House website. It is advertised as Monday- Wednesday for a limited time. The promotion was listed on their website that day, and still is today. There were a few conditions listed , but none applied to us as we were paying for our meal and not attempting to use any other sort of promotion. Most notably, there is no mention of any blackout nights that could or may be imposed regarding the promotion. Once seated at our table and after ordering drinks, we mentioned to the waiter that we would like to try the "Dinner For Two" special. At that time we were advised that the management had decided to impose a blackout that evening for the special. We were very disappointed by what I would consider a bait and switch since we were there on a Tuesday and there was no mention in the promotion that a blackout could be imposed. If that were the case, we would have called to ask if the promotion would be offered that evening rather than driving there only to find the restaurant was not honoring the promotion as listed on their website. We ordered off the standard menu. Not our first trip to Kaminski's, probably not out last, but the most disappointing by far.

The food was fantastic. The specialized drinks were great. This place had one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The portions were huge. We will be going back there again on our anniversary next year.

Another amazing meal! The steak was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were perfectly done, loved the warm bread and delicious salad and dessert was great! We enjoyed the $99 special for two and it did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again! Service, as always, was superb and our server, Oana, was the best! Overall, total excellence!
