KAMA is a collaboration between Vikram Singh and his Hall of Fame chef father, Manmohan Singh, to bring traditional Indian recipes and techniques to diners. Everything in the kitchen is made fresh from scratch and customized to your taste. Kama's menu combines authentic recipes with cuisines from other cultures to create a unique and progressive dining experience. The fusion favorites include dishes such as Tandoori Chilean seabass, Masala Crab Cakes, and Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye, all cooked using traditional techniques such as the charcoal tandoor grill and sous vide.

Food was just okay. Not a ton of seasoning, some dishes pretty bland / overcooked. Service felt very rushed (restaurant week), quality of food seemed like it took a hit as well. Probably won’t be going back.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had. Never thought I would get such amazing shrimp n grits at an Indian restaurant. Loved it coming back soooooooooon

Great date spot with an excellent ambiance and delicious food. We went here during restaurant week and they had a nice variety of menu options. Portions were great, food was flavorful and unique, and the service was great too. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great dinner during restaurant week with friends. Food/flavors were all very good. Service was very attentive.

Amazing food, server was lovely. The tables were very close together though, making it difficult to maneuver when trying to get up from the table (also created a LOT of background noise—my partner could barely hear me sitting right across from me). Would definitely go here again though (or order out if possible); Maybe sit at the bar or something next time.

We went for Chicago Restaurant Week and it was not worth the money. The vegetarian option was a literal head cauliflower with a little cheese, or paneer ravioli. The same ravioli used in the Tikka Masala. The food was obviously prepped due to the quality and speed it came out (which is not a bad thing, restaurants need to do this to handle demand, but it shouldn’t be obvious in the quality). The drinks were so watered down and overpriced. The whole meal for two people was over $170 to eat a head of cauliflower, watered down drinks, inconsistent service, and appetizers that’s were not fresh and could have been made at home. I wish we spent this time and money getting food we enjoyed and having a better experience

I liked Kama and the food there. However, it was way too noisy to talk or listen…. The dessert was amazing… had a really good time…
