KAMA is a collaboration between Vikram Singh and his Hall of Fame chef father, Manmohan Singh, to bring traditional Indian recipes and techniques to diners. Everything in the kitchen is made fresh from scratch and customized to your taste. Kama's menu combines authentic recipes with cuisines from other cultures to create a unique and progressive dining experience. The fusion favorites include dishes such as Tandoori Chilean seabass, BBQ Ribs Namaste, and Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye, all cooked using traditional techniques such as the charcoal tandoor grill and sous vide.

Flavortown is in an under understatement. Took a friend here for his birthday and we were blown away. Highly recommend!

Delicious food. It was busy Saturday night so had to wait around 15 to 20 mins for server to attend to us. Food arrived quickly after that. We had the taco trio, Prawns dish and a lamb mains. The tipping always throws us off with 3% surcharge and a checkout app that makes us choose 20, 22 or 25%. I look forward to having those 3% surcharges disappear.

Ghee braised cauliflower was delicious and enormous. Easily fed 2. We also had the prawns molly and were practically licking the plate by the end. Cocktails were Fine. I thought the naan had a bit too much ghee for my taste but my dining partner had no complaints. Will definitely be back.

Appreciated the happy hour discounts on drinks and apps. Service was great and we left really full and with a bag of leftovers. I wish there were more green vegetables in Indian food to make me feel like I didn't eat all fat and starch.

Had a reservation and had to still wait 15 minutes. Not the establishment’s fault. The food wasn’t great. The sweet potato chaat is NOT even close to chaat. It’s potatoes in a tamarind sauce. Samosas were good. The paneer ravioli was good. The chicken tikka masala was just ok, huge chunks of chicken, zero spice and not much flavor. Same with the dhal makhani. Not great, very average. The pindi channa wasn’t good. Flavor was just of garam masala. The place has potential and might be a good spot for those that don’t know Indian food.

I had the Goan fish curry with halibut. There is another fish as an option but I prefer halibut. My date had the vindaloo with lamb. We also had the lemon chicken tadka and chips appetizer. And we had garlic naan and roti bread. I had a cocktail (berry flavor and mezcal) and the Celsius 13 white white. The cocktail was ok, I liked the wine. All of the food was amazing. The spicing was so perfect. One thing I don’t like other typical Indian restaurants is the food is over salted and there is too much heavy cream. There are so many flavors that come through in the curry - but none that were overpowering. Roti (which I prefer) was better than my mom’s - light, dry, and not heavy. Lastly, the service was exceptional. I will definitely go back.

The food was excellent, with super quick service. Unique options like the paneer ravioli coupled with more traditional Indian dishes made it a fun experience
