Charging 8% on the check for a “service charge” without notice. Instead of putting in the price of the food is fake pricing. And should be illegal. Horrible food only added to the insult.

The whole service experience was abysmal. Although we had a reservation, it took us about 10 minutes to get to the hostess due to a long line. The server told us that food service times were about 30 minutes when we sat down. We were okay with that, but about 15 minutes after we ordered, someone else came to the table to explain that the dish I ordered was no longer available. Why did it take that long for them to notify us? The server was pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to get free drinks while we waited, but the overall service was not good. The food was decent when it arrived.

We made a reservation for 2 for our anniversary, which we noted on the reservation. We requested the chefs counter, which didn’t happen because the host sat a walk in there right before us. Our server was inundated with large parties which lead to us receiving the wrong appetizer and over an hour wait for our food for just a party of 2. I could see my husbands food under the food warmer (red snapper) for over 15 minutes. After they gave my husband his stale fish, I had to wait another 10 before I got my braised short rib which was obviously cooking all day in a crock pot and was forgotten about. Our server then placed another wrong order for the table next to us. Never refilled our $7 lemonades/sodas or offered to. Never said happy anniversary or anything. $109 for 1 soda, 1 lemonade, two entrees and fries and 1 measley skewer that took about 45 min to get to our table. Good luck!

Food was not nearly as good as I expected. Thought the Pad See Ew with ribeye was gloppy and the lobster fried rice had pieces of overcooked lobster and was pretty tasteless. And our serve was attentive for the first 30 minutes and then disappeared for so long - an hour at least - after that that we had to finally ask the hostess to bring us our check.

We had a larger party of 13, so can understand a bit of pacing in the food timing, but after having sat down at 6 we didn’t receive our mains until 8:30. Food was lackluster. Bathrooms needed attention. Location on the water was the redeeming quality.

$19 for 2 scallops? Really?? Hosted business lunch. My guest had a small appetite so he ordered the scallop dish which the waitress advertised as 3 scallops. When the dish arrived, there were only 2. We politely inquired about the discrepancy and she went to check with the kitchen. Came back and told us that 2 was the right count - even she was surprised. The experience was rather embarrassing. I’ll look elsewhere next time - one and done.

We made a reservation and was seated promptly. However, we were never served. After 25 minutes the hostess realized and came over to apologize but we just left.

Didn’t know it was Restaurant Week so we couldn’t try the offerings of the main menu, which was what I was interested in. Oh well. Lumpia was good, pork adobo was good. Desserts were inedible. Drinks were inadequate- martini glass was only half filled. Place wasn’t filled for dinner, yet service was incredibly slow. Ambiance is casual and any patron noise level is completely dominated by the blasting AC.
