Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators.

The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

The food was amazing! We loved the tofu karekare, the dynamite lumpia and the sticky pork, the drinks ubelicious and kalamansi on the rocks were to die for! Fatima is soo warn and welcoming, thank you for the A1 service! We will definitely come back!😍

I went to Kaldero with friends to celebrate my birthday. It was a great experience! Delicious food, beautiful place and really good service. Will definitely be back!

The menu has limited choices, the portion are small. Overall too expensive.

I booked this restaurant for my birthday based on recommendations from friends and family but I was sadly disappointed. The food was alright but for the price it was nothing special and it was cold. The service was very slow. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great atmosphere and nicely decorated. Some dishes were excellent like the sea bass, Laing, Tofu Kare Kare and sticky pork but others were poor and overpriced. The only fish I found in my 'sizzling seafood clay pot' seemed to be a bit of salmon and it certainly wasn't sizzling except for the €35.40 price tag. The staff were nice and the wine was good.

Service was lovely! The Baka was awesome! Loved the potatoes that come with it. The dynamite lumpia was awesome as well. The dip definitely elevated the dish. The seafood lumpia with the seaweed sides was nice as well. The seafood claypot was a delight, was just too small a serving for the price. Now for dessert, the chocolate moose got me to eat something sweet considering i have been on sugar abstinence. First time ordering/eating rasmalai and it was forgetable.

Food was great really tasty. Felt rushed out the door by the staff: sitting at a close by table watching and waiting for us to finish. Wanted to order dessert however didn’t bother. Friendly but totally rushed.
