Beneath the shadow of an iconic Dublin landmark, three masterful chefs have come together to introduce an unparalleled culinary experience to the city. Kaldero is more than a restaurant; it’s a fusion of Eastern tradition and bold, contemporary flair that brings the finest Chinese, Indian, and Filipino flavours to a striking new dining destination.

Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators.

The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

                                                                    Dined last weekend and tried the asian cuisine. The food never disappointed us. We tried the crispy chicken with jackfruit, smoked pork ribs and laing, they are all taste really good. We are very happy that the restaurant gave us a complimentary grilled pork belly strips that taste so good too. We tried 2 desserts and it tasted good as well but the serving is too small for you to enjoy this. This restaurant is recommended however the location looks like in the basement. Forget the mention, the staff was accommodating and attentive. Great stuff! Will be back again

                                                                    Food is excellent very tasty but service can be patchy at times, when we could get staff attention they were ok, didn’t have great knowledge of the menu just sufficient. We were left waiting for long periods, particularly on arriving at the time of our reservation and for large plates. Staff didn’t know where to bring our food and were offering it to other tables before realising it was for us. Overall I would recommend the food and service will most likely improve as time goes on!

                                                                    can the kare-kare be real pork please, Ube colada whiskey is kindah strong on the whiskey side, or maybe there could be the sweet shake version as well. The Baka is okay, but I also hope there will be a Bulalo version… overall palette was westernized but I think it is top notch

                                                                    A Must-Visit Spot for Asian Fusion Food Lovers We had the pleasure of dining at Kaldero, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The food was absolutely outstanding—a true symphony of flavors! The dynamite stuffed chillies were a showstopper, bursting with just the right amount of spice and flavor. And the beef ribs? Wow. Tender, succulent, and seasoned to perfection, they left us wanting more. Their cocktail menu was equally impressive—creative, unique, and packed with flavors that complemented the meal beautifully. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into curating a truly distinctive dining experience. We’ll *definitely* be back soon to explore more of the menu. Our visit was nearly perfect, though I do have a small suggestion. The restrooms left something to be desired and seemed to experience high traffic, likely from non-dining visitors. It’s a minor point but worth mentioning. All in all, Kaldero is a fantastic addition to Dublin’s food scene. Highly recommend!

                                                                    Nice venue but tables are quite close together in parts! Lots of staff, food was so delicious! Probably didn't need a large plate, 5/6, small plates would be enough between two.
