Under the expert hands of culinary icons Alfred Prasad, Daren Liew, and Richie Castillo, each dish at Kaldero reflects the extraordinary talent and artistry of its creators.

The dining space at Kaldero is a feast for the eyes, designed to complement the artistry on the plate. Rich, reclaimed timber, genuine terracotta tiling, and warm natural materials envelop the room, creating an intimate yet sophisticated setting.

Setting the stage for a truly immersive experience, the music at Kaldero is curated by neo-soul artist Uly, whose selection fills the room with vibrant layers of sound that are as dynamic as the dishes themselves.

What a stylish new Asian hotspot! Perfect for any occasion. Amazing food paired with great drink selection and friendly, attentive service. Absolutely loved the Pork Belly, the Lobster Spring Rolls, the Honey & Chili Potatoes.. and the Octopus were to die for! Can’t wait to return.

Below average food. Was very disappointed. Our food arrived with 5 minutes after ordering. Our drinks hadn’t even arrived at this point. It’s as if it wasn’t cooked fresh. The food overall was disappointing, which is a shame. It has great potential but overall lacking flavor.

Really lovely small plates and drinks were amazing! Amazing team who arrived bubbly and helpful and super kind. Big plate (railroad chicken) was unfortunately the only let down lacked in flavour and was overall very poor but experience was still lovely at kaldero

I had to send the Seabass back because the head was still on the seabass, and I could not look at the head of the fish on my plate. It was standing tall on the plate, a big no, I would serve the seabass without the head. It looked so bad I nearly died looking at it. Chicken 65 was too cold and too crispy couldn't taste the chicken . Everything else was lovely and tasty. I would say serve the food a bit hotter. It was very quiet at the time we were there. Maybe three tables full, food should have been on top, fresh, scalding hot, bit too cold for us. I would of liking it to be served hotter. Place is lovely. Staff are lovely. I probably won't return. Lovely experience

Excellent ambience and an amazing food selection. Although there is less variety and limited choices, the quality of what was served was excellent.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable dining experience at Kaldero! From the moment we arrived, we were graciously accommodated, setting a warm and welcoming tone for the afternoon. Kelan, our server, was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. As for the food—everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with Asian flavours, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The cozy and ambient atmosphere added to the overall experience, making it the perfect spot for an enjoyable meal. I’m thrilled that there’s finally a restaurant that properly serves and highlights authentic Filipino dishes. I highly recommend Kaldero and look forward to returning soon!

My husband and I were very excited to experience this place! The food was amazing and served very fast. We ordered a few small plates and we were satisfied at the end. The Laing and the mussels are a must! I would add that the place was very busy and we waited more than usual to be seated. Table service was ok, server seemed to be working a section too big for her. No drinks or dessert menu were offered we had to ask ourselves, not to mention the wait to get our cocktails. Hope service improves as they get settled in!
