Food was so fresh delicious! We felt so welcome by the entire staff! They were very attentive and service was friendly and great! They gave my best friend a lovely dessert with candle and a handwritten birthday card! So special! Thank you!

Great place! Was here yesterday for my sisters birthday and they were so welcoming and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, high quality uni, eel was my favorite! The tea was also a great addition, our entire party loved it! Will be back.

Food was so delicious! We got the 18 course and was very full afterwards. Only thing was that we say close to the door and so it was very cold when someone walks in.

We came here for my husband's birthday and had such a fantastic experience! The omakase was delicious and fresh, the ambiance was intimate, and we were treated like special guests. They even gave my husband a little surprise for his birthday which made it extra great. I look forward to coming back!

I don’t mind paying a premium if the food was out of this world. But the variety of pieces were plain / average. Nothing unique or special. Is this place clean, service good and presentation fresh / beautiful ~ YES to all of the above ! But ~ the number of Benjamin Franklins could have been spent at another Sushi Bar in the neighborhood. Desert options could use some improvement. Just my opinion…

Great value! Sushi was all great quality, good flavors and left feeling very satisfied. They even wrote my girlfriend a birthday card! Highly recommend, happy that a place like this opened in LIC

Great value omakase! Very intimate and lots of food for your money Sushi tasted amazing and service was always impeccable. They even gave me a birthday card!

Staff was extremely friendly and caring. They paid extra attention to our needs. Food was superb. No other comment necessary.

Went here for a birthday dinner and it was absolutely incredible! Food was top tier and the service was so friendly and attentive. They even gave a birthday card to go with the dessert! So sweet. Highly recommend and we will be back :)

Kaiyo is always an amazing experience! We go every year for our birthdays and they never disappoint. This year they even gave my fiancé a piece of cake and a hand written card at the end of our dinner! The service is also outstanding, constantly filling our water and clearing our plates instantly. They also really adapt the service based on preferences. My fiancé doesn’t like squid or octopus, and they were able to change the course while still giving me the squid.
