Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

This is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I have tried a number of omakases in the city, and in my opinion, this is the very best one.

Incredible unique experience of a wide variety of fish in different prepared combinations. The quality of the sashimi was the highest I've ever had and the chef adjusted what he served to what we liked and didn't like. The service was friendly and top notch. I will never forget this experience, is worth paying the extra money to try.

We do make every effort to ensure we have enough ordered from Japan unfortunately, sometimes we miscalculate how busy we will be or we have trouble getting the quality that Chef Azeuchi requires. Had a wonderful time. Definitely come right before your reservation. It’s a small establishment, like their site stated there is no waiting area. We came early and waited outside to not block anyone coming out. The food was fantastic, it was a very intimate dining experience. The customer service was superb, our glasses were never empty, and they were very attentive. We would absolutely come back the next time we’re in Vegas.

Intimate Kaiseki meal, table seating max of 7-8 per seating, 2 per night. The Shou set menu was excellent and felt very filling afterwards.

Fresh seasonal ingredients from Japan. Chef and his assistants are very focused on quality of the food and presentation. Sake collection was great. Overall a very quality and intimate experience
