We went to this restaurant based on Yelp recommendations on our last night in Tokyo and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed an amazing pre-fix menu with amazing sushi as the highlight. The atmosphere with the open kitchen was really fun and the service was friendly, energetic and attentive. Loved our dinner there.

We had a party of 9 so seating all of us at one table was a task at most restaurants in the area. We had the Hana sampler pre fixe menu and each dish was deliciously distinct. A few of us decided to scrape our own wasabi on the sashimi dishes, which was cool because it was so fresh! The half-moon tofu was wonderfully smooth. The wagyu beef sukiyaki served on sizzling iron plate melted in our mouths! Lastly, the place is a "hole in the wall" but obviously known by locals and visitors who enjoyed the energetic exchanges by the main server. I would definitely return on my next visit to Shibuya!

Lovely experience! Memorable on so many levels for my daughter’s birthday! The food was truly delicious, the right balance in the flavours. Well done! Such a lively atmosphere as well!

Terrible service. There is only one guy there who is interested only in taking new bookings from the entrance ignoring the clients who are trying to order or to ask for something. He doesn't clean the table and ignores you totally if you ask for something. Be careful with the reservation from Open Table because is mandatory to order a full menu, not a la carte ( which I returned half back because of smelling bad and we has a stomach pain all the night). I paid a lot of money for nothing and it was the only restaurant in the world where I have been so disappointed.

The food presentation, quality and taste were top notch. It was worth the money! I could eat there everyday and enjoy it as much as the first time!

Chaque fois que viens à Tokyo depuis 20 ans je mange à ce restaurent. La vieille partie du restaurent à une ambiance de folie gourmande et je retrouve à tous les coups la nouvelle cuisine Japonais . Le Staff est efficace et courtois. Un des meilleur restaurent que je connais dans le monde. La nouvelle partie du restaurent est plus calme.

I came here 10 years ago and had the tuna spareribs and literally couldn’t think of Tokyo without thinking about this meal. I brought my partner with me and had a set meal and EVERYTHING was soooo tasty!

I had a very good meal with my bestie. The prawns, crab cream, the tuna cheek and beef were delicious. For sure will recommend frens to visit.
