Kai is top notch Japanese/korean cuisine. We love their happy hour and late night happy hour menu! It’s the perfect spot to have a bite before or after the theater or a movie at the Moxie. I highly recommend!

Kai has been one of our favorite date places for years. It is our favorite sushi menu in town, and we love the intimate, upscale atmosphere. I especially enjoy the nigiri. My husband's favorite sushi rolls are Yum Yum and Sex and the City. We also like the asparagus & mozzarella tempura appetizer.

I took my boyfriend to Kai for his birthday and it was such a great experience! The setting and ambiance was incredible- luxurious and upbeat looking with an addition of intimacy, but definitely felt a welcome atmosphere. Anyone and everyone can vibe at Kai! It was so nice to get dressed up and go to a nice restaurant with excellent-quality food for a nice, reasonable value. My boyfriend loved the menu and commented about how “adventurous” the choices were. I loved it, my boyfriend loved it- definitely will be back. 😊🔥

I love Kai, but when I made my reservation I specifically said I wanted upstairs in a booth, for 4 people. It was my Mother's Day dinner from my son and it was suppose to be special. Instead the hostess sat us by the front door at a high top table. I told her that I specifically didn't want that table and all she could say was...sorry. The experience wasn't like it should have been. I was upset the whole time. On the other hand, we had a phenomenal waitress.
