Restaurant is beautiful. And has liquor license. Staff is young. Inexperienced. Poor service. Have to wait too too long for things like water and drinks. Food was decent. Sushi was good especially Tuna Amazing roll, and lettuce wraps. Portions are small. Teppanyaki chef wore mask. We couldn't understand anything he said. He didn't explain the process or what he was doing. Food amount was great, but it was average. Taste was OK. The experience was not cheap. And the service is very poor. Many servers don't understand how to pay attention to detail and take care of their customers. Gratuity is 18 percent built into the bill sp there is no incentive for the servers to go above and beyond. Again. Sushi was good. But better Sushi one mile away some of the best in the area at Bluefin. We went to have some fun and do something different. It wasn't. Kids will like it. Very loud. No such thing as quiet dinner. I suspect Food is good in Restaurant portion but same service problems. Also. If you hire foreign workers, and they are going to interact with your group, they need to be able to speak to them and understand their needs. People were nice.

This was our first time here. We had reservations for 6pm at the habachi. We were taken to our seats right away. A waiter came over after a few minutes and took our drinks order. He returned a few minutes later with our drinks and took our order. Within 10 minutes, our chef showed up and began cooking. He put on a great show, very funny and engaging. The food was fantastic, cooked to perfection and there was a lot of it. Prices were very good for the amount of food we got. Be aware that they add an 18% gratuity to the bill(there's a sign on the door notifying you of that when you enter) so keep that in mind if tipping. This will be our new habachi spot as Benihana has been a let down the last few times we went. Overall, 5 stars.

Hibatchi was delicious and verry entertaining!! My Grandchildren ages 8-15 Loved it!. Tuesday through Thursday, kids under 10 eat free with purchase of an Adult Entree.

We did Hibachi, and our chef was amazing! He had a great sense of humor, and cooked all of our meals to perfection. Any other staff was attentive to our needs, refilled drinks as needed, cleared dishes when needed, and did not get in the way of the show by the chef. Everyone walked out with full bellies and smiles on their faces. The music playing was perfect for the environment.

Had a 5:30 reservation. Wasn’t seated until 6:00. Our order, whole tables, was taken quickly. But then, it took another 30/40 minutes for chef to come out to start cooking. He was great. No one came to clear salad and soup bowls the entire time we were there. Received no dipping sauces either. Chef was friendly and did a great job. Food was delicious.

The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. We had someone in our party who had an allergy and the wait staff suggested they make her meal in the kitchen instead of at the table. We thought this was a fantastic idea, except when our meal was ready, they hadn't even started hers. We called over the waitress to see how long her special dish would take and she never came back. 25 min later we had to request a manager to find out where our waitress was as well as the special meal. They still didn't make it. The restaurant did make things right by not charging us for the one meal and we refused to pay the 18% gratuity. The waitress finally came back at the end of the meal to give us our check.

Did a mommy - daughter dinner to celebrate my birthday month and mothers day. Food was amazing. Service is a little slow but everyone is super nice.

This is my second time at Kabuto. The first time was great. The sushi was exceptional. Meat for BBQ were fresh. So i introduced to my family and we had high expectations coming in today. However, the premium sushi rolls this time were all bulky and “premium” in the amount of rice stuffed in. Nowhere compared my prior experience at this place. The short beef ribs we ordered for BBQ tasted stale, like the meat has been in freezer for too long before defrosting. The fried rice was hard and dry. When I told one of the servers about the sushi - because they had so much rice and we couldn’t finish. She said it’s okay, try your best to eat and we won’t charge you for leftovers. But when it’s bill time, the manager insisted to charge $15 for the leftover sushi. They also automatically included 18% gratuities in the bill while typically restaurant only charge for a larger group. We had five people. Our family will not return to this restaurant.
