    Very average food and tiny portions for the price. Largely tasted the same with little flavor and not very nice condiments. Servers forgot drinks orders and were not attentive. Left much lighter in my wallet but still hungry. Wouldn’t recommend.

    First time visiting and will certainly return. Food was excellent, different and tasted gorgeous. Staff so friendly and helpful I was in london for work so was solo but the staff were attentive and so welcoming. Highly recommend

    Was a casual dinner on a Monday evening. Staff was exceptionally attentive and the talent in the kitchen really surprising. Simple but wide enough menu to satisfy a range of preferences... recommend the rice dishes despite a little bit of wait. Best are the chicken wings yakitori ! Hotly recommended...

    The portion was very small and the price was expensive. The waiter didn't come over for an hour and a half. The chicken was not cleaned properly. There was a strong chicken smell. I ordered a soup. Was the meat inside spoiled? The rice was undercooked and the experience was terrible

After investigating via our CCTV recordings, We can surely confirmed that the Waiter had greeted and been on your table quite frequently and we were slow on the day of your visit, so we are quite confused by your statement. We cook with fresh ingredients and all our chefs prepare the food in the standards of FSA guidelines, therefore we do understand your feedback on food and have passed it to our culinary team. We would have appreciated if this concerns were raised on the night, We shall try to improve as we are open to criticism, hope to welcome you back in the nearby future at Junsei.     Incredible food, atmosphere, and service. There seem to be a lot of places in London with a good vibe, but Junsei combines an awesome vibe with delicious food - a rare find in my opinion! 10/10 recommend and will definitely revisit when I return to London!

    Amazing restaurant with superb high quality ingredients and authentic Japanese flavors. The best part about this restaurant are all the lovely people working there, especially Shoban (hope I spelled correctly). This is one of the restaurants in London which I will be visiting again and very soon.

    Very smoky in the restaurant! Can’t even breathe properly. And food quality is very so so. The service was slow. And don’t understand when I asked for the bill,why they took my credit card to the backside to charge.
