D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : Les origines internationales et la cuisine innovante d'Evelyn Garcia, ancienne de « Top Chef », et du copropriétaire Henry Lu sont mises à l'honneur dans ce restaurant nommé aux James Beard Awards. Dans des locaux accueillants de style industriel agrémentés de plantes tropicales, le couple sert des plats à partager aux influences latines et asiatiques, comme le poulet sauté sauce crevette et chili thaïlandais ou le tartare de bœuf et son buñuelo au sésame, accompagnés d'excellents cocktails à base de saké.

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been in Houston. The short rib was amazing, their carrots, and drinks are all a hit! Service was amazing, it’s very intimate and warm. Love it

I did the tasting menu with the wine pairing for my birthday. The food was all amazing, the decor was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Delicious dinner and our server Missouri was great. We did feel a little rushed to leave. We were still waiting on two dishes to come and another server came to ask us if we needed boxes for the food we were working on. Other than that, it was a great meal.

Our party opted for the tasting menu and did not regret our decision. Each course was well thought out and executed. Wine pairings were good. We added the 1/2 fried chicken and are super glad we did. Such a crisp and tasty outside but luscious tender inside. Sooo good.

It was a chance to come back to try different items on the menu. We had the fried chicken, which was very crispy without being overcooked. The brisket was a blend of very complimentary flavors and the curry sauce was the punch!. If you like beef tartare, definitely try this version because ot just a bit different with bread on top.

The chefs tasting menu was fantastic, only thing odd is we waited at least 20 min in between our 3rd and 4th courses. We arrived at 7:06 and didn’t leave until 9pm. In terms of food both my parents and I were very impressed with the taste and inspirations.

Hello Jun Service was good, but not impressive. I think it has room for improvement. It was a little slow. They give us a signed card for our anniversary. It was an awesome detail. Drinks. I think is missing some alcohol in the cocktails. SCARLET LETTER flavor was superb, but not taste alcohol at all (I would add some gin to this recipe) THREEWAY it tasted a little artificial flavoring. Food. Flavor was in point. I enjoyed every dish. Our less favorite was CONGEE I think it was a little cold. Fried chicken was so good. The STAR 🤩 of the night ——> Carrots (all the review are true) smoky, flavoful and spicy. The pork ribs. On my experience I would not do it breaded. I think the plate becomes too heavy and greasy because of the breading. The sauce and the crunchy of the peanuts are amazing. Dessert. We only tried the cheese cake. I was good. The cheese cake itself sometimes feel that it was to salty. Also, It was missing a little bit of consistency, and for me it needed to be more chilled. But the combination with the sorbet (that was incredible) and all other ingredientes was clever. Thank You. 🙏🏼

Overall amazing experience. Every dish was seasoned extremely well. Would highly recommend the whole fish, agua chile and the pork ribs. Cocktails and wine were great pairings with the food. Impressed with the ambience and service staff. Would love to eat here again.

We dined there for a special occasion and they were just wonderful in how they made our night special. We had the tasting menu and every course was an exceptional taste sensation. Just the perfect amount of food with each course. Service was excellent, ambiance great and attention to detail in presentation made this a meal to remember. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Great location, great environment & vibe. Before we go we tried to call to ask some questions but the reply is always slow or even no response. During the meal the server gave wrong info on the menu. Food is too sour and brisket is too salty we didn’t even finished the plate. Server and chef didn’t notice or mention anything when they took away our half full plate course.
