It was a delicious meal and we enjoyed sitting outside in the bubble! Julii is a great place for special occasions or any time you want to share a memorable experience.

They offered us an igloo for a more private dining experience and it was 30 degrees outside so we were super hesitant but we decided to check it out and it was super warm and cozy! Everyone had their jackets off and because we were in a private igloo there was no noise from other guests. I’d highly recommend sitting outside in an igloo even if the temps are super low. The food and service was amazing, as well!

The lamb tagine and crispy trout were outrageously good! Our server was wonderful. I take off one star for the seating m.o. The restaurant was running behind on seating customers with reservations. The staff don’t allow waiting customers to stand at the bar. The reasoning, I think, is to avoid crowding in the back. The restaurant manages that but they have crowding at the door instead. In any case, I’ll keep coming back, wait or no wait!

As always, had an incredible meal at Julii! The Rigatoni Bolognese, Labneh, and Brussels Sprouts are top notch. And the Julii Old Fashioned is one of the best I’ve ever had!

What a fantastic experience! This was my second time dining at Julii but my first igloo experience! Start to finish everything was wonderful, the vibes, the cocktails, our server, the FOOD. Can't wait to dine with you all again. I hope the igloos are here to stay... Having only seen them in DC it's nice to have this elevated dining experience right in Montgomery County! All I can say is I'll be back!!

We ordered for the table the Salade Grecque, the Alsatian Tart and I had the Lamb Tagine. The salad was fresh and plentiful, the tart was really very tasty and paired well with the salad. The lamb was fall off the bone, melt in your mouth tender with a delicious sauce. Overall delicious and good sized portions. Seems like you will need reservations even on weekdays. Service excellent and we only had to wait five minutes past our designated reservation time. Totally enjoyable.

We had a wonderful special occasion dinner at Julii. Got a regular table for 2 but it was located in the bar area, so the bartender doubled as working the bar and providing our table service. While he was gracious and easy with us, that double duty led to a couple delays requiring one of the floor managers could step in. Our food was delightful, tasty, well prepared, and presented with some artistry. Others were have special events that night as well, which brings out a burning"sparkler" to their table for their celebration. While visually entertaining, the sparklers spread a foul, burnt sulphur odor across the restaurant. That odor does not go well with any fine meal or wine, at least for us. Perhaps the restaurant will consider dropping those sparklers for a couple real candles. That same celebratory message would come with less sulphur. Not to worry though, we'll come back for a really nice meal.
