Family owned and run seaside restaurant with stunning views across the harbour at St. Mary's, Isles of Scilly. On sunny evenings, eat outside on the large terrace but there is plenty of space inside as well if you prefer. We are dog friendly inside and out as well, so please mention that when you book.

Very welcoming, happy ambience, interesting menu. For ourselves, would be happy with smaller portions - but this applies everywhere! Nobody need leave hungry! The situation is beautiful, and all tables seemed to have at least some of the fantastic view. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. A good dining experience.

Fish stew was basic but good. The puddings were a bit disappointing: the biscuits with the posset were a little stale and the sponge fingers in the tiramasu hadn't seen any liquid - so were very dry and hard. The plain scone (the day before) was underbaked and doughy.

Amazing views from restaurant. My salmon was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. Chose house wine to compliment it which worked beautifully. Going back next week😊

We arrived, having booked, towards the end of the evening opening. Staff seemed more interesting in wiping down the tables for next day than in looking after us, and we had to wait an inexcusable 45 minutes between our starters and mains, without any explanation or apology being offered. Food was variable: starter salad unexceptionable and fish cakes good: grilled lobster special of the day with chips excellent; lemon posset slightly insipid.

Really recommend a visit, as a beautiful setting and great food well served. We were lucky as the sun was out so had our drinks on the terrace overlooking the harbour. There was a small wedding reception, that stretched the kitchen, so we were a bit delayed. We were kept updated, but a couple of delicious complementary nibbles kept us happy. The food and service was very good, all very well cooked.

Our first visit to Juliets Garden. Beautiful setting. We sat outside in the evening sun to have pre dinner drinks, olives, bread with balsamic and olive oil, which were lovely. We ordered a bottle of wine. However, the wrong one was delivered. I informed the waiting staff of the error and apologies were received and the correct bottle provided and were informed it would be removed from the bill. We ordered our food and I requested the lobster and asked what it came with and was told a side salad. I asked for a side of chips. Once we had finished our pre dinner drinks we were taken inside to the dining room. My husband had the crab and I had the asparagus for starters. We both really enjoyed them. When my lobster arrived it came with chips but the waiter said he would get my side of chips but never came back. Not that I wanted more chips but thought it odd no explanation was provided and could only assume he got mixed up and the chips were included with the lobster. It was delicious and a real treat to have. My husband enjoyed his fish stew too! We shared the lemon posset which was delicious. We asked for the bill and before we could check it were whisked upstairs to the card machine to pay. Only on reviewing the bill later the next day we noticed we had been charged for the bottle of wine we didn’t have and possibly a side of chips. We were so disappointed at not noticing this error but also that the waiting staff didn’t remove the incorrect items from the bill either! It cost us an extra £34.25 and we gave a generous tip. So sadly we didn’t return for another meal. Which is a real shame as the food and ambience really is lovely.

Delicious food, very attentive, kind staff and amazing views, We could see the gig racing too, we had a lovely evening.

Setting is spectacular, and there are a good selection of menu options. Selection of wines by the glass somewhat limited.
