Inspiré par la générosité de la campagne italienne, le Juliet propose un menu rassemblant des ingrédients provenant du centre du Texas. Il dispose d'une atmosphère rappelant la facilité et la légèreté de " La Dolce Vita " de Fellini. L'odeur du feu de bois fumé et des ingrédients frais de saison vous embaumeront dès que vous passerez la porte. Le menu du chef Jacob Weaver rempli toutes ses promesses grâce à la touche de modernité qu'il apporte à des plats traditionnels. Les pâtisseries et les pains faits maison par le chef pâtissier Carly Rossmeissl viennent compléter le menu, tout comme les sélections tentantes de cocktails, la carte des vins et les choix de bières proposés par le gérant du bar, Robert Millican. Le patio du Juliet est ombragé, mais reste ouvert et verdoyant. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez des sièges confortables dans les trois salles à manger intimes. This is an amazing restaurant. The food is freshly made and the staff was amazing. We went on New Years Eve and found them on our Marriott Bonvoy Eat Around Town. We have never had a bad experience picking a restaurant from their list.

Early New Year’s Eve dinner. Food was not very good. From the boring fried ravioli app to the overcooked lasagna to the white lasagna with ground spinach mixed into the ricotta it was all just off. Tiramisu was decent though. And the service was quite good. There are MUCH better choices in Austin for Italian food.

One of my favorite restaurants in Austin! Their ravioli is the best!!! I bring all my out of town guests here because it's a neighborhood favorite.

Authentic Italian food. Lamb ragú made with real lamb stew meat, not ground lamb. Bread was homemade. Calamari not heavy. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I was really looking forward to this holiday celebration with my family and was incredibly disappointed to spend almost $300 on what was supposed to be a lovely meal and to be underwhelmed with the ambiance and service. This is a lovely restaurant, yet we were seated in a tent on a dirty, loud patio with no Christmas decorations, and nothing in the tent to add warmth or reduce the loud scraping of metal chairs on the dirty pavers, or to absorb the sound of conversations and children crying. I had asked to be seated inside, and was told no tables were available other than the bar. When I went inside to use the restroom, half of the tables were empty. Really disappointed as it was not the holiday celebration we were hoping for. The service outside was slow and almost like we were an afterthought. The quaint and warm restaurant is what we wanted and why we chose to dine here. Not to be placed in a cold, loud tent.

The food was lack luster. We had a great appetizer. Carpaccio My entree Italian sausage with cheese ravioli the sausage missed big time. Need to just completely Change it. It was just ground up without any soul to it.
