Inspiré par la générosité de la campagne italienne, le Juliet propose un menu rassemblant des ingrédients provenant du centre du Texas. Il dispose d'une atmosphère rappelant la facilité et la légèreté de " La Dolce Vita " de Fellini. L'odeur du feu de bois fumé et des ingrédients frais de saison vous embaumeront dès que vous passerez la porte. Le menu du chef Jacob Weaver rempli toutes ses promesses grâce à la touche de modernité qu'il apporte à des plats traditionnels. Les pâtisseries et les pains faits maison par le chef pâtissier Carly Rossmeissl viennent compléter le menu, tout comme les sélections tentantes de cocktails, la carte des vins et les choix de bières proposés par le gérant du bar, Robert Millican. Outstanding! We shared the calamari, carpaccio and meatballs for appetizer. Had the lamb ragu, Italian sausage in a delicious pesto sauce and eggplant parmagio- every dish was delicious and great service!

From beginning to end the food was great! The bread was warm and soft and for antipasti we chose the meatballs with marinara which was delicious. For entree we had the lamb ragu which melted in your mouth, highly recommend and the chicken parmigiana felt like a home cooked meal. For dessert we choose the special of the night pistachio tiramisu. When I tell you this is one of the best dessert I’ve had! I wish they had it on the menu regularly! Overall fantastic experience!

Always my favorite, never disappoints! The staff is friendly, food is consistently amazing. I bring new friends to Juliet and they are already making plans to return before we finish the meal. It's that good!

Great relaxing lunch. Food was really good and service was outstanding. Abby was our main server but several took car of things during the meal. Love when wait staff works together

We ate out on the patio, early in the evening and it was lovely. The weather was perfect and we had no problems with the noise level. The wait staff was prompt and attentive. We ordered the fried calamari - delicious. Discounted appetizers at happy hour. My husband had a pizza - thin crust, generous portion and flavorful while I had the braised lamb on fettuccine noodles. Huge portion, and delicious. Bonus - free valet parking (of course we tipped). In this area it’s often hard to find parking. A perfect meal before heading to Zach Scott Theater.
