Inspiré par la générosité de la campagne italienne, le Juliet propose un menu rassemblant des ingrédients provenant du centre du Texas. Il dispose d'une atmosphère rappelant la facilité et la légèreté de " La Dolce Vita " de Fellini. L'odeur du feu de bois fumé et des ingrédients frais de saison vous embaumeront dès que vous passerez la porte. Le menu du chef Jacob Weaver rempli toutes ses promesses grâce à la touche de modernité qu'il apporte à des plats traditionnels. Les pâtisseries et les pains faits maison par le chef pâtissier Carly Rossmeissl viennent compléter le menu, tout comme les sélections tentantes de cocktails, la carte des vins et les choix de bières proposés par le gérant du bar, Robert Millican. Le patio du Juliet est ombragé, mais reste ouvert et verdoyant. A l'intérieur, vous trouverez des sièges confortables dans les trois salles à manger intimes. The vibe of this place is so great! And our server was impeccable. Food was amazing!! We went for my daughter’s birthday! I highly recommend.

Food was great and delivered quickly considering everything is made from scratch. The server was awesome. I wish I caught her name but she made our night with a little gelato on the house. 10/10 would return

It was perfect weather for sitting outside on the patio. The food was delicious and the service was great. This restaurant is on our rotation for business lunches!

We were there during Happy hour before a show: - half off bottle sparkling - good value - snack menu was also good but they were out of the fried ravioli at 5:30pm. We got fried zucchini. & meatballs on the other menu. The hostess knew we wanted to stay in the shade on the patio. Should have just seated us at the 4 tops along the inside the porch instead of the 2 tops on the outside edge. We ended up asking to move because we were in full sun after about 30 mins. The first server (passing by) we asked to maybe lower the shade or move to another table was snarky about it (basically that's just way the sun goes - I can't help you); luckily our actual server was helpful and asked the hostess, then helped move us to a 4 top in the shade. Very thankful!

Food quality has gone down hill over the years and it feels less elegant than previously with the plastic covered menus and lots of plastic special displays on the tables. It was also extremely warm in the building and the lighting was a little harsh in the area we ate in the room to the right of the hostess stand. The hostess stand also felt little messy. The staff was very nice though and we had great service.

Huge portions. Food was good, but not great. The service was lacking. They wouldn’t seat us outside even though there were lots of available tables. They stuck us in a back corner where the lighting was way too bright and there was nobody else seated in the room with us. We had to flag the waitress to refill our waters. We were celebrating a birthday and the dessert was placed in front of the wrong person at the table. There are so many great restaurants in Austin. We won’t be coming back here.
