The 24th Annual Alexandria Holiday Boat Parade of Lights will take place on December 7, 2024. Purchase a VIP waterfront balcony table to enjoy a front-row seat to the parade and a 3-hour table time. The parade begins at 5:30 pm, but seating begins at 4:30 so you will have plenty of time to get your first round of drinks and apps on the table before the parade begins! In addition to our dinner menu, we're featuring our annual pre-order holiday charcuterie board and tableside s'mores. Please note, we cannot guarantee Alexandria will put on the boat parade. In the event of rain or severe weather, we reserve the right to cancel. If we cancel, you will be provided a gift card in the amount of your non-refundable table purchase.

Ticket price includes a Welcome Beverage (apple cider mimosa), DJ Lanie B spinning Christmas Hits, Open Access to the Terrace, Reserved Indoor Table from 4:30-7:30 pm, and a Prize for the Best Christmas Sweater. The parade begins at 5:30 pm, but seating begins at 4:30 so you will have plenty of time to get your first round of drinks and apps on the table! Tables are assigned at time of purchase. This is a non-refundable, 21 and over, rain or shine ticketed event. We cannot guarantee the City of Alexandria will put on the boat parade. In the event of rain or cold weather, we reserve the right to close the outdoor space and move the DJ inside.

My wife ordered cauliflower dish. She is a vegetarian. The dish included vegetarian sausage. This was not mentioned in menu. Requested a large Cesar salad instead. Waited 10 minutes for a new fork. We have eaten here many times. The menu and service seems to be declining.

I'm sorry for any confusion regarding our vegan Roasted Cauliflower, but the description clearly states that it has vegan Italian sausage. Here is the description on the menu: cassoulet of white beans, vegan Italian sausage, roasted butternut squash, wild mushrooms, brussels sprouts. Your wife told the manager she did not have confidence that the vegan Italian sausage was truly vegan. Rather than arguing or trying to prove that it is in fact vegan, we comped the meal and provided her with a Caesar salad entree instead. I apologize that it took some time to bring a replacement fork and have spoken with the server about the importance of attentive service. Jula

We had a lackluster experience at Jula's. While the views were great, we found the food to be mediocre and the service as well. The waitstaff that brought us our food put our food in front of us and never said ONE word or even had a smile on her face. Our main server was okay, nothing special. Overall, I would not eat at Jula's again.

Food was really good and it’s a neat place with wonderful views, but there was a private event going on right next to our table and it was very very loud, too loud in fact

We had brunch and had a wonderful time! The food and service was great and the restaurant accommodated our 2 year old granddaughter with a high chair and sipping cup! The noise level was perfect for a conversation and views of the river were beautiful! Definitely we will be back! Thank you!

First time for brunch here and I’m sure to return. The menu has something for everyone. Great portions. Amazing flavors. Our server, Q, did a wonderful job.

Lovely view and very good service. Food is good but rather overpriced. Seasonal salad w/chicken was wilted and the short rib grilled cheese was overdone. Recommend it for the view and a snack perhaps.
