Alexandria is celebrating its 275th Birthday and what better way to celebrate than with a front row seat to the fireworks at Jula's on the Potomac! Purchase a VIP waterfront balcony table to enjoy a four-hour table time from 6-10 pm complete with fireworks around 9 pm. In addition to our standard dinner menu, we are featuring a special three-course pre fixe dinner with wine and cocktail pairings. Visit our website, www.julasotp.com to view the menu. Please note, we cannot guarantee the City of Alexandria will put on the fireworks display. In the event of rain or severe weather, we reserve the right to move reservations inside or cancel. If we cancel, you will be provided a gift card in the amount of your non-refundable table purchase.

I've been to Jula's several times, and to its predecessor, Cafe 44. I'm pleased that the larger Jula's has maintained the same great service and food, and now has more tables with the fabulous view. In nice weather, dining alfresco is an extra treat. This most recent visit was on a 99 degree day, and a table for two by the window was our preferred seating.

We went to Jula's on the Potomac to celebrate a 21st birthday. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was upbeat and gave us many smiles. I highly recommend a visit to Jula's.

I came with a friend to celebrate my birthday. The hosts accommodated our request to sit at a window table with a view of the water. Our server, Sam, was pleasant and attentive and made sure to check on us. We enjoyed the crab dip, Gnocci and Salmon, and all were delicious! Then, i was surprised by a lovely dessert of vanilla ice cream and a delicious raspberry sorbet with a candle for my birthday. Such a nice gesture! The whole experience was fantastic and we look forward to coming back.

As always Jula's has a great ambiance and service. I found that this time I received less of a portion than I got in my last visit. That's the the only change from perfect.

Enjoyed a surprisingly quiet Saturday morning brunch on 7/6. We reserved a table for two inside to enjoy Jula’s spectacular view of the Potomac. Our favorite waiter is Khai, and he always suggests the best drinks. I started with a Lady Jane (which he told me is named after the owner’s maiden name) and my date had the Grand Margarita. Both very delicious, not overly sweet. Very smooth. The food is excellent, every time. Hands down. I had the grilled salmon with grits (the best grits in the DMV), and my date had the Cajun omelette with home fries. Top notch. Khai suggested we also try the Gran Paraiso margarita with passionfruit juice & topped with/strawberry slices. As usual, he was right & we both give this cocktail - and Jula’s - 10/10!!

Our server, Sam, provided excellent service. He was attentive enough but not bothersome, nor did we have to seek him out. The quality of the food is much improved. We will definitely return to dine again.
