The greeting staff is always not very friendly. They act like there doing you a favor to seat you in Juban's. Service was very poor, I had to get up and get someone to make the waitress come wait on our table . Great atmosphere and food but could greatly improve employees attitude

Sent my daughter and her friend for a celebratory first week at LSU. They treated these two girls so amazing and the food match their service!

Had a fabulous experience at Juban’s. Our waiter, Nicky, was knowledgeable and super friendly. The food was amazing. The decor was beautiful and unique. Every room was decorated differently. We even got to meet chef Motto.

Jazz Brunch on Saturdays is a great atmosphere. It was a home LSU game weekend, so the energy was great, and the music was as well, although pretty loud! Our service, drinks, and the aesthetic of the restaurant were all on point, although the food was only alright. Was celebrating a birthday, and was given two little complementary custom Juban's truffles, which was a nice surprise. Overall, was a nice experience.

My experience was great. Our server “Amiya” was so sweet and her customer service was 10/10. The ambience is very cute and relaxing. The manager was also very accommodating and professional and he catered to our needs. I had a good time here!

The service and food were phenomenal. The only downfall was we were so close to other tables that I felt like we were dining with strangers. Definitely not an intimate setting. Beautiful place though. I recommend the crab lollipops for an appetizer. Delicious!

One of the most amazing food experiences I've had. The dishes are full of flavor you can't go wrong here. The boudin dip will blow your mind.

We were seated in a quieter area which was perfect for our party. Everyone enjoyed their menu selections, and we had great service.
