What it lacked in service speed it made up for in the cool decor. The food was generally good but I only got the steak and chicken taco and whilst the soft taco shell was really nice the filling was just the meats with a little onion /pico de gallo. I've had better tacos. Margertia I had was nice. Whilst the main male server was friendly, my main issue is when I sat down I was given a menu or water and waited 5-10 minutes and then half to wait a further ten minutes to order because even though it was table service no one came to take my order so I had to go to the bar to order. Not that I mind doing that but if you're understaffed and too busy to monitor every table then either have a sign that says to order at the bar or use a QR code ordering system.

Service was terrible. Took more than 30 minutes to get our drinks after we queried where they were. We were seated in a booth in front of the bar … staff were oblivious. Food took just as long. Won’t be hurrying back. What a shame as we are locals and won’t be recommending.

Really awful service. Took 20 mins to get served for drinks, another 20 for them to arrive, and 60 mins for 3 tacos to arrive. Politely shared the feedback with the manager and was told rudely “we were busy”. Don’t bother, the food is not that great, plenty of better places around.

Unfortunately spent one hour without food and had to leave without our order. Drinks took 30 minutes. I hope they were just understaffed

The vegan menu was a huge let down. Needs to be replaced with all new ingredients. The vegan beef was disgusting.

Juana Taco is an elite dining experience. The staff are down to earth and the food is simply amazing. Not getting Tacos anywhere else!!!!

Food and service was awesome, it was very busy so a slight wait on food but the team were great at communicating this, drinks and food were delicious !
