Welcome to J’s on the Bay, owned and operated by proprietor Chef Joe Salimeni, award-winning graduate of French Culinary Institute and self made owner of this establishment as well as J’s Meal Prep. J’s On the Bay offers Meal Prep for busy customers on the go. From quinoa salads to truffled chicken lettuce wraps, turkey chili and everything in between. They offer weekly delivery to all five boroughs and soon, nationwide distribution.
J’s offers its customers a unique dining experience with its off the cuff combinations of classic ingredients and their unexpected marriages Chef Joe constructs. J’s was first opened in 2014 has evolved over the last 7 years from a homely neighborhood diner to the fine dining restaurant it is today. Everything was great. Went on Wednesday where they had character night. It was my daughter’s birthday and she enjoyed it. 2 adults and we ordered our meals and the kids ate free. Food was delicious.

We had such a nice time last night. Our party of 3 included mom dad and our toddler. Service was friendly and fast, the food was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Breakfast at J’s On The Bay. No better way to start my New Year, a perfect way for you to start any day. With dishes as simple as eggs, potatoes, country-style toast, and bacon to Apple Butternut French Toast, J’s On The Bay deserves to be on your 2025 Resolutions List. Would 100% recommend J’s on the bay to everyone. The food and service were top notch. Every suggestion that was made was spot on chicken parm pizza with the arabiatta vodka sauce was a hit will be back for that again. Service was top notch as well. 10 stars
