We met friends for dinner and enjoyed our drinks and dinner entrees. We arrived a little early but were seated right away and our waiter came over right away to introduce himself and take our drink order. He returned to tell us about the specials and take our order and checked back frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. One person ordered a pizza, one ordered from the appetizers, and 2 of us got pasta dishes. Everyone was pleased with their meals and we will definitely return.

Great first experience at Joseph's; loved the vibe, very warm & inviting, food was excellent (had eggplant & chicken dishes) -- even the macaroon that they left with the check was outstanding! Great value, we'll be back.

Joseph's Trattoria has long been a favorite, and we loved the temporary location in downtown Haverhill (though we can't wait for the return of the Bakery!). The waitstaff is friendly and well-informed about everything on the menu. Our dinners were excellent, and the Torta di Cioccolato dessert remains exceptional and a must for chocoholics. We'll definitely return!

The food and drinks are good, a little pricey. The service is ok. It can improve. I don't mind paying whatever they ask, but when they measure drinks and pour more juice, then alcohol then I have a problem. I would rather order a beer than a martini at this place. Not to mention, the size of the martinis are smaller than their old location.

Food, service and price were very good....restaurant is small and very noisy....we will return but not on the weekend...look forward to new restaurant opening in the near future.
