Paradise in the city hub of Silverlake. Love the simple yet chic deco inside but we chose to sit outside, a perfect little secret of garden for us to enjoy the nice weather. We started off with the cocktails and immediately fell in love with them. The Banana Ooyoo Milk punch has a perfect blend of sour n sweetness with banana flavours. The food was impressive, love the fushion flavours of the dishes. We always love Korean food and the little twist made the tasting menu surprising and refreshing. My favor dishes of the night was the wagyu beef tartar and the black cod. We appreciate how the server explained every dish. It was a very pleasant night. We hope to bring more friends to try next time!!

What an amazing time - greeted warmly & immediately felt welcomed into the experience that was about to unfold - from the crafted cocktails (& later spectacular sake) through each thoughtful & stunning visually & impressively tasting courses, the knowledgeable & happy, very well informed staff & chefs made this evening one I cannot wait to recreate by sharing with more people!!!

Great experience at Joseon. Food was outstanding and the quality of the experience and curation by the chef was spectacular. Highly recommend coming for a night out or just an adventure.

Brought our kids with us for dinner. We opt for the 7 course and we were full. The kids sat for the whole meal (which is a good indicator for the food). My kids loved the food, my husband loved the wine pairing, I love the ambience. Since I don't drink, I ordered non-alcoholic mocktails that went well with my meal. I love that it is a fine dine setting but you don't have dress formal for it. This place is good for both date night and family or occasion dinner. I highly recommend the patio! It's such a lovely place!

I can't stress enough how phenomenal this dining experience was—truly among the most memorable meals I've ever had the pleasure of indulging in. What's more, they offer a tantalizing 7-course vegan option, though it's advisable to ring ahead and give the chef a heads-up. But let me tell you, every morsel that graced our palates was an absolute delight. The ambiance? Simply sublime. And to top it all off, we had the privilege of meeting the culinary mastermind herself—the chef—a true virtuoso in the kitchen. This is the place where Michelin stars come quickly - and then the crowds will too. Cannot emphasize enough how much I’d recommend this place.

With a commitment to culinary excellence, Chef Debbie continuously pushes the boundaries of creativity. Joseon, her culinary haven, offers a 5-course menu priced at $79 and a 7-course option at $99, both representing excellent value. Don't miss out on the delicious add-ons, and I highly recommend opting for the 7-course menu to savor the full experience. Bring along friends to share in the culinary adventure. Parking options include valet at $12 or limited street parking (be sure to check signs). With anticipation for their upcoming extension, I eagerly await my next visit to Joseon!

Went on a date at Joseon and had a good time. The food was delicious and the presentation was great! Had the 7 course tasting menu and we were so full. Pricing: 7 course in this price is a great deal. Ambience: The place is great and I love the patio! I can sit there all day chatting! Great for a date night. Food: All dishes are great. I especially love the tartare with the seaweed cracker and the sea bass! The Gnocchi is great! Absolutely yummy! Pairing: My date ordered wine pairing and they are quite generous on the portion. Parking: Valet parking available. We parked on the street.
