    First of of all, upon arrival there was a line outside the door for at least 15 minutes or longer only because there was no hostess at the hostess stand. My friend had to brush through the crowd to go inside, go to the bar and ask if we could be checked in. When we checked in, there was still a wait due to the people in front of us needing to be checked in with reservations as early as 515. Ours was at 6. So that shows you how long people were waiting. Once we were seated we had to get our own menus , and asked for silverware from a couple people and never got it. My friend had to go back to the hostess stand and have her go get that for us too. Then, The food was good UNTIL, there was a hair found in my fried catfish which threw me completely off. I requested that I speak to a manager. He never came to the table smh!! The waiter offered me 20% off the item with the hair in it. I think it should’ve been free . Who wants to be eating and eat someone else’s hair. I understand accidents happens but sheesh !!! That’ll ruin your whole meal. Not to mention when we were ordering there was at least 3 items on the menu that they did not have. I have been to the other location multiple times. I will never go back to this one location. There was just one thing after another here .

    Very good food kinda pricey. Don’t like that you include 20% gratuity.

    Food was great, but portion sizes are not the same. Service was not good. Honestly think because they know that gratuity is included people do the bare minimum.

    My reservations were at 4:15pm we sat until 6:00pm and still no food. They never tried to accommodate us. No one would barely answer the questions of what’s going on. They didn’t offer us a cracker pop or nothing. We just was sitting and they were just walking past us like nothing a horrible, horrible experience.

    My party of seven booked a table in advance for 2:30 PM, but when we arrived, we found that the table was not large enough to accommodate everyone. When we requested an additional chair, the staff seemed confused and unsure how to help (AND DECIDED TO DO NOTHING), so we had to take a chair from another table ourselves. Throughout our visit, we attempted to communicate with the manager multiple times, but he appeared to have little awareness of his responsibilities. At one point, he started to avoid our table altogether, leading me to wait outside to ask him to come over. Our waitress, Shay, was frequently forgetful and displayed an attitude when we politely inquired about our food. Instead of receiving proactive service, we had to constantly ask for assistance and accommodations. When our food finally arrived—after a significant wait—it was still missing some of the add-ons we ordered. Some dishes were served lukewarm, and the red snapper was overcooked. We were so hungry and had specifically chosen this location for our book club meeting that we would have left if it weren't for our commitment. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope the management takes steps to improve service and food quality for future patrons. Until then, I advise potential customers to consider other dining options.

    It’s the same menu from the first location but a lot of items not available. Maybe create a different menu for that location. Also there was an alcohol menu but no alcohol. With understand they will be serving soon but that was misleading. Sunday was our server and she was amazing!!

    The food was definitely delicious, but they were clearly understaffed, and my friend had to wait over an hour for her food.

    It took a minute for us to get water and to be greeted by a waitress. Seems like they might be low on staff.
