Overall a fun experience but did not meet expectations. At this level pineapple and pearls and mini bar were better value in terms of food quality and presentation. Not a huge deal but.a few weird encounters also took away from the experience. For one, they said we could arrive 15 minutes early, which we did, but then they just put us into a side room until well after our reservation time. They gave us a free drink but it was offered in an awkward way and honestly just plain confusing what was going on. Others arriving much after us got seated first and there was no indication when we would get seated. Then at the actually meal they had these guests come in (seemed like chefs at another restaurant) and the chefs were casually chit chatting for 15+ minutes. Just awkward and somewhat disrespectful of the guests they were right behind. There were some other small things like that which just made the overall experience less special than expected.

The Michelin stars is well deserved.. the staff are like a well oiled machine and very much in harmony. You truly just have to be prepared to be there for 3 hours and enjoy and savor the food and experience. Kudos to everyone.. we were celebrating our 28th anniversary and my wife was not feeling so good but it was very memorable and the food and staff was amazing. Thank you!

A lovely experience- we celebrated my birthday and Jônt made my day extra special. From the delicious food to the extraordinary service, our meal was exquisite. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
