At Jônt, we are a team of young and inspired chefs taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

The food was great. The service was excellent. The attention to the details from all the staff was amazing. We felt the music was a little to loud but it didn’t take away from an amazing night.

Truly incredible and special experience - Jônt has an amazing and skilled staff who all contributed to a wonderful evening; the only note is that it's a little hard to hear the staff describe the dishes/drinks to you amidst the chatter of fellow customers at the Chef's Table

My experience at Jont along with my husband’s was spectacular. Creative, refreshing, and beautiful blends of flavor complimented every dish. The pairing selection was incredible. Our needs were met and surpassed. Would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to come back again next time we visit the area. Gabe and Dylan were informative and welcoming.

Wife and I have been coming here since Spring 2021. We have been here about 7 times. We love this place so much. It is the benchmark by which we measure all other fine dining experiences. Nothing has topped Jont in any category. Food and service is amazing.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. We’ve been to a few Michelin star restaurants. This was the best meal/environment/experience we’ve had.

If you want insanely life changing food, a lively ambience, and impeccable service, Jônt is the place. My party of 3 were warmly welcomed with bright smiles from the young and attentive staff. The starting bites were fun, and made us excited for the rest of the night with 30+ courses. The entrées were cooked to perfection with sauces that enhanced the flavors perfectly. The selection of desserts were innovative and fun, much like the staff itself. We all had the melon add on and it was worth every penny. The box of chocolates and fresh madeleines inside with my sister’s happy birthday card on top was overwhelming in the best way possible. I would highly recommend going here to anyone on their way to DC.
