We were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. There were 6 of us and we had a perfect round table in the upper dining room. The menu is small but sometimes this is best because you know everything is cooked fresh. Every dish was delicious and perfectly prepared. Must book a table for the bottomless brunch next time! Looking forward to going back.

A lovely addition to the area—the food was excellent and the space is lovely. It’s a tricky space to make work; I’d been there previously when it was a different restaurant and I think this team have executed it much better. Staff was all lovely, and we will be back and will bring friends.

Staff amazing, professional & attentive. Atmosphere relaxing and suits all moods. Special mention Lilly waitress, she really spoiled me for my birthday as well as Sergio the bar tender mixed exceptional cocktails, I cannot wait to return to dine and have more cocktails!!! Beautiful historic venue.

We had a great afternoon at Jones & Sons. Each having the Sunday roast. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tons of food cooked really lovely. Very reasonably priced cocktails and wine. We had a really afternoon.

This was our first time at the recently opened Jones & Sons (Woodford) restaurant. All the staff we had contact with were lovely, friendly and helpful. I even got a big smile and friendly wave from one of the chefs as I came back from the ladies. The food was delicious, I had sea bass ceviche and we both had fillet steak ( cooked to perfection with the deepest flavoured jus) with a side of lobster mac & cheese. There wasn’t quite enough fillet for two separate portions but with what they had left, the chef made a sharing portion for the price of one main, which was much appreciated, as was the complimentary tomato salad, given as the main was a bit slow coming out. There is a very good selection of cocktails and wine. I dropped one star from the rating as the restaurant wasn’t very busy and is a huge space ( the downstairs was shut) The tables for two are small and close together. We asked if we (two) could have a table for four to have extra space which the manager was happy for us to have. I just think it would be a nicer experience with larger, maybe some round, tables, which would also make the space feel fuller. There are a couple of nice outside areas too but I’m not sure if they were open. I do look forward to coming back.

Bottomless brunch deal exceptional 5 🌟 staff were attentive and friendly in a lovely restaurant. Cannot fault at all. They all worked very hard 10/10 would highly recommend.
