Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

Decked out with eight-foot nutcrackers, giant ornaments, twinkling lights, and an array of Christmas trees, the festive atmosphere will be complemented by fun activities like Ornament Painting, Holly Jolly Mixology, and Gingerbread House Workshops. Service was absolutely terrible and the food was subpar. Came out cold, missing an entire meal for our table of 5. We went so our kids could enjoy the desserts but had such a terrible experience we didn’t even order any. Take your money elsewhere, this place is a mess.

The kids’ New Year’s Eve party was rather disappointing. The cups for the toast kept falling apart, which was hard for my 3 year old. They didn’t turn down the music or call attention to the countdown, so we basically missed it. Service was AWFUL. None took our order at all for 25 mins. 15 mins later our shakes finally came. One of our promised apps came 20 mins later with our food. The onion rings never came, I had to repeatedly request them and finally got them after we tracked down the server because we were ready to go but he hadn’t been by for 20 mins again. I usually love JoJo’s but this experience was lousy, especially with a small child…at an event for small children. Our corner was also FREEZING.

The staff was very friendly but they were experiencing some major operational issues. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. I also would have appreciated more heating lamps as the pop up are was rather drafty.

The offering of the Kids NYE event was awesome!! Great value for what you get. I think it was a little disorganized as far as staffing and such. Our server said they thought it was just a regular day and didn’t know about the event until they got to work. Waited a long time for our entrees. Great atmosphere in the wonderland. Had a lot of kids running around unsupervised though which was a bit annoying. Our kids loved their shakes and brunch lunch!

This was our second time going to Jojo’s ShakeBAR - River North. The atmosphere and drinks are very “instagrammable”, but we continue to be disappointed by the food quality and service. We ate outside in the festive tent, which, was fun. But we only ordered two things (hot chocolate and a milk shake). The hot chocolate came quickly, but was lukewarm at best. We actually finished the hot chocolate and were still waiting for the milkshake to come. The flavor of our items was just “okay”. Nothing to get too excited about. The condition of the inside of the restaurant and the bathrooms in particular were very “unattended/shady bar.” Total sketch. Very disappointed. Not giving this place another chance.

What a joke! This place is absolutely horrible. Food was horrendous. I have nothing to say positive about this place, don’t waste your time. AND, don’t be fooled that this is some great holiday place to eat. Poor in every aspect

The outside space was cold, wet and very breezy. We have dined in colder temps in the tent and never had to wear coats and hats to eat until today. When asked to dine inside we were told it was no seating but when i went to the bar area there were 12 tables open. I will not recommend JoJo’s tent setup.
