Charged $48 to make friendship bracelets. They did not give us the supplies to take home. $48 for 4 girls to make 1 bracelet each. So disappointed.

The experiences way beyond my expectations of a milkshake bar. Had a great selection of food, cool, desserts, and nice ambience in the treehouse.

First, we arrived at 8:30, which is 30 mins before close on a Thursday night in a very popular town. As we were seated, they told us the last call for anything was then and there. They then proceeded to turn the music volume all the way up, to the point I couldn’t hear the person next to me. They did this to push people out. The food was below average. This is just a place for the pictures, nothing more. Save your money.

The manager was very kind to us when the milkshake machine acted up and we had to wait a bit longer than usual. She handled the situation impeccably, where most people would have just blown the inconvenience off. We were very grateful. The giant pretzel was epic - and it’s rare to find one that’s just right. Thank you, Jojo’s!

This place is a dump. Everything was dirty and sticky. Avocado slices and cookie/cake crumbs all over the floor and bench seats. Even after the hostess wiped off the table there was a crusty film from frosting left all over. (She was cranky and seemed annoyed that she had to go up and down the steps to seat people.) They brought a huge shake and our food and we had to ask and then wait for silverware and plates. The server brought one of each item one thing at a time. Shouldn’t plates and silverware just be part of table service? The music was so loud at 2 in the afternoon that we couldn’t even hold a conversation at our table. I could go on but honestly I just want to forget about this horrible experience. I won’t be surprised if they’re closed by this winter.

We had such a fun time building the birdhouses, and the food was so good! I also appreciate that even though our 4th person (my sister) didn't show that, they gave me the food and birdhouse to go to so I could bring them to her.

People come for the insane ice cream creations, but their savory items are just as delicious!!! I got the buffalo chicken wrap- I usually get the buffalo sauce on the side so I can control the spice. It's very good. Their fries are delicious. My friend ordered brunch- on a Wednesday at noon- fun feature. We love having a special lunch here. Keep up the good work!

It took a long time for our server to even come to our table. We even asked about it and were still not helped for a while. We were seated in a booth that was sticky and felt dirty. Multiple things wrong with food items we ordered as well. We got the fancy shakes and all the items on top were hard and dry and shakes weren’t mixed well.
