Well..on a Sunday night with really nothing going on, we were sat at our table and waited 15 minutes before a waitress asked if we had been helped. She took our order, and then we never saw her again. Drinks were delivered by another server. Food came and we were missing items, needed silverware, napkins and condiments. Asked other servers for these items. Finally saw a manager and asked about the missing food item. Waitress came after we were finished with dinner and tried to give us the missing items. We did not want, just wanted to leave. Spent $120 on 2 shakes, 2 sandwhiches, a pot pie and a burger. Good with never going back.

Everything at JoJo's Shake Bar was slow We had a reservation, and got sat fairly promptly. We sat at 5:50 pm and waited until 6:09 pm for our server to come by and greet us. Server was polite and friendly and took our order. Apologized for the wait. Shots from the bar took five minutes. Food took roughly 30 minutes. Shakes took 40 minutes. We were given a jug of water and four cups to "tide us over" but one cup had visible food debris in it so two people had to share a water cup. Server did not stop in to give us any updates, to check on food, or anything. It was clear that the server and the location was overwhelmed. Still, I wouldn't go back.

The food is over priced for the taste, the food tastes like boxed food I thought it would have more flavor. The water taste like faucet water . The only thing was good was the shake so I guess we can go back for ice cream but I don’t think I’ll try the food

We (party of 4) were seated quickly. Server #1 came by and said she'd give us a few minutes with the menu before ordering drinks, then went to work behind the bar. Server #2 came by maybe 5 minutes later and started to take our order, server #1 called her off from behind the bar. Another 10 minutes went by and no one came by again so we got up and left.

The restaurant was nice, service was great, food was ok and the shake was super sweet (that strawberry syrup or whatever they use). I would recommend if you want somewhere fun and average food.
