JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and District Detroit’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites. This location is steps from Fox Theatre, LCA, Comerica and short walk from Ford Field.

Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

Great vibe. Friendly staff. Great for families and couples. Location is good! Near sports stadiums and concert venues. The food and drinks are good, but pricey.

Food was overcooked, especially the smash burgers...they were super dry. Service was hit or miss.

This place is so cute and full of fun things. The atmosphere is so fun and cool. I loved our server she was so nice and sweet to me for my birthday. She was very attentive and kind. Very fast service and the food was so yummy. Great place overall!

The waitress was nice, the place was cool looking, but not the best experience. We got our food before our drinks, like way before. We were basically done eating, then got our drinks. Some were from the bar & some were just fountain drinks. Thank God for the water they bring to the table. We could not find our waitress & there is no one walking around checking on tables. The food was ok, not worth the $35/person average, we paid, without any fancy shakes. If you have a large family, they only have 2 family bathrooms, so a line develops quickly. Overall, it's a cool looking place & I get what they are trying to do, but we could not even have a conversation at our table because the music was just so loud.

I order the Cod fish sandwich and it was very much distasteful. We also ordered the loaded waffle fries and it was cold with no seasoning. The Smash Burger was the only good thing . The Peach Mule Mock Tail was also delicious.

The food was good. The cocktails were on point. The service was trash though. We were seated and no one came to our table for over 10 minutes and the place was practically empty. We saw wait staff hanging out and not talking to each other but not the patrons. Then the waitress brought our food out and stopped to talk to another employee while our food was getting cold in her hands.
