JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and District Detroit’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites. This location is steps from Fox Theatre, LCA, Comerica and short walk from Ford Field.

Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

The waitress was nice, the place was cool looking, but not the best experience. We got our food before our drinks, like way before. We were basically done eating, then got our drinks. Some were from the bar & some were just fountain drinks. Thank God for the water they bring to the table. We could not find our waitress & there is no one walking around checking on tables. The food was ok, not worth the $35/person average, we paid, without any fancy shakes. If you have a large family, they only have 2 family bathrooms, so a line develops quickly. Overall, it's a cool looking place & I get what they are trying to do, but we could not even have a conversation at our table because the music was just so loud.

I order the Cod fish sandwich and it was very much distasteful. We also ordered the loaded waffle fries and it was cold with no seasoning. The Smash Burger was the only good thing . The Peach Mule Mock Tail was also delicious.

The food was good. The cocktails were on point. The service was trash though. We were seated and no one came to our table for over 10 minutes and the place was practically empty. We saw wait staff hanging out and not talking to each other but not the patrons. Then the waitress brought our food out and stopped to talk to another employee while our food was getting cold in her hands.

I had a dinner for my daughter’s birthday and our service was phenomenal! I usually don’t like booking large groups because I know it’s a lot but the staff and an amazing job! Everything was great! I appreciate the staff

The atmosphere was great but Hella expensive! I paid 71 dollars for decent meal and that was very ridiculous. The food was sub par for it to be that much out the door. Crazy. For that I won't be going back.

Food was good - they sat us right away but it took an hour for our food to be served. Refills were also not handled well. Also - being downtown for a preseason game and other events - there was a lot of people in restaurant and only 2 bathrooms - that’s crazy, lines took 10 minutes or more

We were seated promptly. Madison, server, was very attentive and made great recommendations! Kids loved the shakes and the food was amazing.

First time at JoJo’s. Good food. Simple and easy Menu. Yummy, Yummy Vegan Shakes. Madison our server was awesome!!! Once she found out that it was our first time, explained the menu, made recommendations etc. Will be back.

Man Jojos is always a great vibe when we come . The food was delicious and our waiter was awesome . Even though she was busy she still made sure we was okay . My family loved their milkshakes and Will be back soon .
