JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and District Detroit’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Its’ modern, yet familiar, diner experience is grounded in nostalgia and focuses on creative desserts and elevated diner favorites. This location is steps from Fox Theatre, LCA, Comerica and short walk from Ford Field.

Outdoor Patio Seating is available for reservations and walk-ins. In the case of inclement weather, our team will do our best to accommodate outdoor patio reservations inside, but indoor seating is not guaranteed.

Decked out with eight-foot nutcrackers, giant ornaments, twinkling lights, and an array of Christmas trees, the festive atmosphere will be complemented by fun activities like Ornament Painting, Holly Jolly Mixology, and Gingerbread House Workshops. The holiday menu features iconic creations like the Winter Wonderland Biggie Shake, Peppermint Party Hot Chocolate, and the new Frozen Polar Espresso Martini, making it a must-visit this season!

Great meal, loved the music, we had a great server! Dislike the service charge (forced tip). I typically do 25% and I prefer to do it cash even if I pay with a card. I don’t like it already being on there, it then puts the servers in an awkward position.

We had a fantastic time here for dinner. My nieces enjoyed the shakes and my SIL and I really enjoyed our adult drinks 😊 Our waitress was amazing and very attentive. This place was a lot of fun and we will definitely be coming back again.

Great place for breakfast or a sandwich. The shakes are amazing! Staff was attentive and friendly. If you’re in downtown Detroit, be sure to stop in!

Had a bad experience last year taking forever and never seeing our server. Gave them a second chance and well worth it. Fun atmosphere, attentive waitress, great food and shakes. Will definitely be back.

Service was wonderful! We ordered a few different things and they were all good, nothing super fantastic but nothing was bad. We loved the big shakes! The decorations inside were great. The only two things I will mention, the music was very loud and there was a bit of a wait to check in with the hostess, but it was very busy tonight. Overall a great dining experience and we will be back!

Six of us fit comfortably in a booth. Food and drinks were awesome all around! Served was fun and efficient. First time there and already excited to go back!

Our waitress was fabulous. The person that delivered the food spilled soup down the front of my daughter didn’t even apologize. The value of the amount of food for the money and the preparation of the food is definitely not worth it.
