Our party of 4 dined on Thursday evening. Two ordered NY strip steaks, one ordered salmon and I ordered Filet Mignon. Server asked how I wanted it prepared, I said medium. When meals came, three entrees were fine; my filet was well-done. The server replaced it with another filet which was also clearly well-done. The third time, the server delivered a filet that was actually medium/well-done. I accepted it because the other guests were nearly finished with their meals. It was a such a disappointing experience, especially because it was my birthday celebration. While the server comped us on one dessert, the pricey, 3 times over-done filet, was charged in full. Extremely disappointed.

Great evening , our server Austin was wonderful. Our meals were delicious and the kitchen accommodated all our dietary needs.

Great service. Food was excellent. Spicy rigatoni app, calamari app, veal milanese, lobster risotto, fried potato wedges. All great.

First time there. Well worth the trip! Service, food, and overall vibe were all amazing. Looking forward to returning !!

Greetings, Above all things, I like to say that we really enjoy JoJo’s and have visited many time. And in no way should this be construed as a negative review. Normally the food is fantastic, but last night my steak was just okay. Not terrible, but definitely just okay. My wife loved her fish, so no issue there. We also ordered a desert to go and were super surprised to find that the cake was super dry and the described mixed berries consisted of only one single strawberry - super disappointing. I rarely leave feedback, but I figured it might be an opportunity for a better future experience. Wishing you the best… Schad and Gretchen Eidam.

Last two visits found the food to be a bit sub par. Steaks / filets tough both times which has not been prior experience. Service excellent. Way too dark when lights dimmed for evening- I’m not an 80 year old. Would like a slightly and literally lighter atmosphere for dinner where I can see my friends!

Excellent service, great food, amazing ambience. Just a good place to hang out on the weekend or during the week. Price range of the food menu is also amazing. You should come and check it out!
