Terrible terrible service. We had a reservation at 21:15 for 8 people, and once we all manage to seat at 21:20, as some had gone to the toilets and others were a bit lost trying to find their way up (which is not very well indicated), we were told that the kitchen was going to close in 10 minutes, so we had to rush and order food. After that, we ordered drink, but the food arrived almost immediately and the bottle of wine only came after we have had half of our food. To our surprise, the two cheesecakes we ordered for dessert also came with the rest of the food, so I had to ask the waiter to take it back and bring it once it was time for dessert. The food was ok-ish, but 17 pounds for a sandwich with a small portion of meet and crisps from a bag of crisp is a robbery. The problem came when we got the bill, and we were told that we had already paid 50 pounds per person once we did the reservation, but our bill was less than that, and the money was not refundable. This was a shock as when we booked in OpenTable, that was not indicated, as you can see the screenshots. It says that money is to secure the booking, it doesn’t say anything that 50 pounds/person is the minimum expend. It even says the price is between 26 and 40 pounds. In summary, terrible service and okish but overprice food. Not worth the hype. Avoid this trap and just go to any of the hundreds of nice restaurants in London.
